    Made from pure native bush honey fermented with Ruapehu mountain water. This sparkling mead is sweet on the palate with strong manuka-forward honey notes.

What is Sparkling Honey Mead?

Simply a bit of nature and some know-how, mead is the delicious product of fermenting honey with water and yeast. Mead stakes the claim of oldest alcoholic beverage in the world predating beer and wine by thousands of years! As such, it sits proudly in its very own category of beverage. Enthusiasts know mead historically as rich, sweet, and high in alcohol content. We are helping bring mead into the future brewing a modern take on this predecessor of all alcoholic beverages. Our craft session meads are dry, sparkling and much less sweet than the traditional variety. Your sip-able, sessionable, better-for-you craft beverage. Our range is crafted at a balanced 5% ABV for easy, enjoyable sipping.
