    Made from pure native bush honey fermented with Ruapehu mountain water. This sparkling mead is sweet on the palate with strong manuka-forward honey notes.

    Fresh ginger juice fermented with native bush and manuka honey giving a balanced earthy ginger-forward flavour with the sweetness of subtle honey notes.

  • Spiced Apple Pie

    Our take on the taste of classic spiced apple pie. Native bush honey is fermented and blended with apple juice and spices giving subtle ginger and cinnamon notes.

    Fresh sour cherry juice with native bush and manuka honey with a subtle hint of vanilla. A balanced slightly sweet, yet slightly sour and refreshing take on sparkling mead.
